Having to cut costs on entertainment, reading or high speed Internet service?   If so, use your local libraries to fill in the gaps.  You can check out music, movies, books, magazines, etc. for FREE..  Your library also has computers and Internet access for browsing the Net, typing your resume or submitting your resume online.  And even better, you have librarians who are trained to help and support you with whatever you need.  See your tax dollars at work--use your libraries.
